What the dismantler gets
Three decisions made with data, not guesswork
PartsFlow365 covers the dismantler’s chain from purchase to sale. Everything rests on the same vehicle-specific data foundation that DropGear’s other products use.
Bid range for a car in 30 seconds
The registration number is enough: the whole car’s OE parts list, expected parts sales over 12 months, removal work, storage and scrap value. The result is always a range with a confidence level, never a single exact figure.
Top-N dismantling list
Parts in order of expected margin. OE number, position, assembly drawing and variant for every row, plus a "leave in the car" mark for parts not worth removing.
Price with reasoning
Recommended price as a range: anchored to the new part’s price or a reference value, then condition grade, demand and competition. Discount steps by shelf time and a floor price not worth going below.
Cataloguing on the floor
The phone photographs the part, identifies it and reads the casting number. The equipment level is calculated from a checklist, the condition is suggested and the dismantler confirms. The photos double as listing images.
Sales in the PartsFinder365 network
The dismantler is a supplier on the platform. The used part appears in workshops’ and wholesalers’ searches with OE matching next to new parts: condition, mileage, photo, warranty and location.
Demand from real data
The PartsFinder365 network’s searches and Traficom’s vehicle parc show which parts are searched for and how many of the same cars are on the road. Completed sales calibrate the pricing.
The dismantler’s workflow
From purchase to sale in six steps
Each step produces a ready input for the next. The purchase decision is made with the same tool before the car is even in the yard.
Purchase
Registration number or VIN at the auction or in the insurer’s offer: bid range and confidence level immediately, assumptions editable on the row.
Intake
The car and photos are recorded. The statutory end-of-life process is handled as before; the tool does not replace it.
Dismantling decision
The Top-N list shows which parts to remove and in what order. Wear parts and unprofitable parts stay in the car.
Cataloguing
A photo identifies the part and its casting number, the VOH equipment level is calculated from the checklist, the condition is confirmed and the shelf location is saved.
Pricing
Recommended price as a range with reasoning for three condition grades. The dismantler accepts or changes it; nothing is published without confirmation.
Sales and turnover
Parts go to the PartsFinder365 network, the dismantler’s own web shop and marketplaces as compatible feeds. Shelf time, demand changes and views update the price.

Cataloguing happens where the parts are. The same image recognition PartsFinder365 uses for registration numbers and parts identifies the removed part and compares it with the row on the dismantling list.

Dismantling list for a real car
A Škoda Superb III Estate 1.4 TSI (2017) was run through the PartsFlow365 demo with existing data. The whole car’s list held 6,417 part rows, of which the dismantling vocabulary identified 97 saleable parts. Below, the top of the dismantling list.

Pricing
Every price is built from its reasoning
Marketplaces take no view on price. PartsFlow365 builds the recommended price from an anchor and shows where the figure comes from. The anchor is the best one available: the dismantler’s own completed sale, the network’s sales, the new part’s price, or a reference value for parts that do not exist as new aftermarket parts.

Demand
The same network on both sides of the trade
Workshops and wholesalers search for parts in PartsFinder365 by registration number. Those searches are a demand signal for the dismantler, and the dismantler’s parts appear in the same searches as offers.
Searches and vehicle parc
Demand frequency per part group and model family: the network’s searches relative to Traficom’s vehicle parc.
The "no aftermarket part" flag
A searched part with no new aftermarket equivalent, such as an LED headlight, a control unit or a door: used is the only option and the strongest price signal.
Availability gaps
When the new part is not available immediately, the probability of selling the used one rises.
Regional demand
Heavy, collect-in-person parts such as engines, doors and glass are weighted by the area’s vehicle parc.
The loop closes
Views, clicks and sales per part, condition and price calibrate the pricing against real demand. The dismantler sees: "your part was shown 14 times, 2 sales".
An honest limit
The network’s data covers the part groups that are searched for. Demand for body, lighting and drivetrain parts is completed from the dismantler’s own sales and market sampling.
Sales channels
Used parts next to new ones
PartsFinder365 is sold to wholesalers as a platform, and the wholesaler decides which suppliers it opens. The dismantler gets its own supplier identity and appears on the platform like any other supplier. Matching is done by OE number, not at the level of "fits Golf VII".
